Departing twice daily, this half day trip takes in Malahide Castle, its 800 year history and its most famous residents, the Talbot family. There is also time to explore the scenic Dublin coastline, with a coastal drive from Malahide Village to Howth Village (where the bus stops for a while). Finally, the bus heads south along Dublin Bay, past the wilds of Bull Island and the Edwardian borough of Clontarf to Dublin City centre.
The tour departs from the Dublin Visitor Centre at 17 Lower O’Connell Street at 9.40 am and 2.10 pm. The bus returns at 1.30 pm and 6.00 pm approx.
The tour operates daily from April to October. Tours run on Saturday and Sunday only during the months of February, March and November. There is no service on March 17 and October 28.
